When you place your first order for the ZuluFlix Service, we ask you for your full name, physical address, telephone number and credit card number so we can ship your order. We use your telephone number only if there is an order-related issue, not for marketing purposes. You must certify that you are at least 18 years old. (People under 18 cannot use ZuluFlix services.) Our server stores this information so that placing future orders will be quicker and easier.
ZuluFlix user should not post personal information on any review page, as this information is made public. Pseudonyms can be used for such postings.

Any exceptions to this policy of sharing your name, address or email address with a partner company will be done only with your permission. Zuluflix also reserves the right to disclose information when required by law.
We also provide analyses of our users in the aggregate to prospective partners, advertisers and other third parties. What type of Windows Media Player should I use to watch the movies?
Windows Media Player 11 is the best player to use. You can download it free at www.microsoft.com.

I am having a problem with buffering/freezing, what should I do to solve this problem?
Before you sign up, please use the link to test your computer for compatability with our website.
Internet Explorer 7 and Windows Media Player 11 are required for viewing African Movies.
Alternate problems: Try restarting your computer and make sure that there are no programs running in the background. At the same time,Unplug and restart your DSL modem.Try again. Remember that the movies are to be watched on a high speed internet connection. (minimum internet connection download speed 300 Kbps.) Internet Explorer 7 is recommended for viewing.
Do a speed test to check your internet download connection speed. If it is less than required, then allow your movie time for buffering before playing.
Please can you check that your pc is using Windows Media Player as the default player.
go to-Start Button-Set Program Access and Defaults-Select, Microsoft-click OK-retry playing a movie.

What type of Payments are accepted?
We accept payments of Credit card and debit cards through www.paypal.com. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up and be ready in about 2-3 days. How do I watch movie in a larger window?How do I make the movie screen larger?
To make the movie screen large, enlarge both the movie window and the movie itself by 200%.
1.MAXIMIZE the playing movie window.
2.ZOOM the movie window to 200% at the BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER. 3.Put your mouse on the playing movie and RIGHT-CLICK and ZOOM to 200%. Now enjoy your movie in a bigger screen.

Our African movies mostly come from Nigeria and Ghana. We specialise in English movies and we screen titles and quality to offer you the very best entertainment. How do I view the movie in Full Screen?
You can enlarge the movie screen by double clicking on the movie screen when the movie has started. By placing the mouse over the playing movie screen, if you right click it opens the options available. Different browers such as Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox options varies.

How do I cancel or unsubscribe?
You can cancel your weekly newsletter by emailing us at info@zuluflix.com.
To cancel your subscription, it is important to cancel your Paypal recurring subscription payments at Paypal.com by looking up the initial transaction;open the details and at the bottom, cancel the subscription.

When can I watch your new African movies?
ZuluFlix is updated regularly with new African movies.
Sign up for our weekly newsletter and new African movies announcements.
To start viewing after your subscription payment, click on the Search Link or Find Movies link at the top right hand corner of Zuluflix website. Select a Category by clicking on it, when the window opens, move from page to page until you find a movie, the click on the movie and then click Play Movie below the selected movie.

If you do not receive any Forgot Password Reminder or Welcome email from Zuluflix. Please add Zuluflix email addresses to your email contacts and check your email settings. Adding our email addresses to your contact list allows your email provider to put any Zuluflix email in your INBOX.

What should I do if my movie that was selected does not open?
A black window should automatically open after you have selected press, Play movie, if a new black window does not open that means that your computer software is blocking the window from popping up. Try turning off all your pop up blockers and retry.

I made a payment at Paypal to Zuluflix, but why cant I access my account?
After Sign up and making the Paypal payment, you should automatically press the Return to Merchant button. Returning to merchant puts you directly into your new or renewed account so you can begin your movie watching. Any problems with your Paypal payments are rectified within 18 hours.

The next step after sign up is to make your initial payment at the Paypal. After payment, click the button RETURN TO MERCHANT, this will take you directly into your account to begin watching unlimited movies. If you are still having problems, please email or telephone us. All account transactions are checked for accuracy periodically.

How do i reactivate my Zuluflix account?
Zuluflix accounts may be reactivated after failed payment, expiration or cancellation. To reactive, log into your account, click in the word,RENEW, in orange color above the log in area. Log in again in the middle of the page, then complete payment at PayPal. Cancel any previous subscription to avoid overpayments the same way.

How do I fast forward or rewind the movies?
The fast forward and rewind buttons turn white when they are enabled. After the movie has started to progressively download to your pc the buttons will light up after a few minutes.

Message say Another user has logged in from my account?
Zuluflix features are designed to protect the individual user. Accounts with more than 1 user are automatically locked out of the system. To avoid this: 1.do not share your account information. 2.log out of account properly. 3.Do not X out of accounts, sign out properly.4.Keep the MAIN Zuluflix page open when viewing movies until finished.

Locked account-please help!
You can watch the movies on any computer but
keep the main Zuluflix page open until finished, then log off properly.
If you X out or some interruption happens, the server still has our pc logged on. If this happens please allow the server some time to automatically log off your account and check back later.
Do not share your user information.Zuluflix accounts are not multiple users.
